HR Generalist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a primary contact for managers, guiding them through complex HR inquiries with insights on policy, practice, and risk management.

• Perform thorough employee investigations, collect relevant facts and timelines, and direct cases to the suitable team.

• Collaborate with HR Business Partners on talent and people strategies, encompassing performance evaluations, annual reviews, and position management.

• Oversee the operational aspects of cyclical HR processes from start to finish.

• Engage in HRBP team meetings, talent forums, and other pertinent discussions.

• Work with partners to guarantee complete cases and ensure a smooth experience for both employees and managers.

• Develop or revise standard operating procedures, playbooks, and triage guidelines based on case-pattern analysis and feedback from partners.

• Leverage systems, data, and AI tools to enhance workflows, documentation, and analytical processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of HR experience in shared services, employee service centers, employee relations, HR operations, or generalist roles.

• Proven experience in conducting inquiries for employees or managers and documenting findings in a clear and objective manner.

• Sound judgment in triaging, routing, and escalating tasks based on their complexity, associated risks, and business context.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to create straightforward guidance.

• Proficient in Workday or comparable HRIS systems and ServiceNow or similar platforms.

• Previous experience in an HR shared services or tiered support framework is preferred.

• Practical experience utilizing AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini is preferred.

• Experience contributing to projects related to organizational change, re-leveling, or job profile adjustments is preferred.

• Ability to manage sensitive or confidential information with discretion and reliability.
