Talent Management Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Oversee strategic initiatives related to career advancement and performance management.

• Spearhead talent and leadership development efforts.

• Propel AI-driven transformation within People practices.

• Manage compensation programs, which encompass incentives and stock options.

• Reevaluate talent practices for a globally scaling, AI-native organization.

• Question conventional methods and develop practical solutions.

• Influence senior stakeholders throughout the organization.

• Report directly to the VP of People.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in both talent management and talent development.

• Proven track record at Head of Talent, Talent Director, or similar level.

• Desire to transition back to a high-impact individual-contributor role.

• Capability to provide immediate contributions with strong judgment and proven expertise.

• Proficiency in navigating complex senior stakeholders with confidence and diplomacy.

• Ability to challenge existing norms, adapt, and garner internal support for innovative ideas.

• Authentic fluency in AI and a strong desire to reinvent how People teams operate.

• Builder mentality with the ability to create tools when suitable solutions are lacking.

• Comfort in working independently in a dynamic, global environment.

• Familiarity with incentive structures, equity, or stock-option programs is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Experience with diversity and inclusion initiatives is appreciated but not a primary requirement.
