Talent Management Business Partner – LATAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America, +4 more locations.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business unit leaders to comprehend priorities and formulate talent strategies that align with HR and business goals.

• Develop and execute change management and organizational development strategies.

• Offer strategic People & Culture support to both management and employees.

• Recognize opportunities where talent management can provide value.

• Advocate for employee needs and counsel senior leadership on decisions related to people and company culture.

• Oversee performance management, employee relations, and intricate workplace issues.

• Examine trends and metrics to create solutions, programs, and policies related to compensation, benefits, learning and development, and talent acquisition.

• Direct organizational restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning efforts.

• Lead, nurture, and mentor the People & Culture team.

• Identify training and executive coaching opportunities for the wider organization.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English and Spanish; Portuguese is also necessary if based in Brazil.

• Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Capacity to manage change and assist in business transformation alongside senior leaders.

• Proven experience in coaching, developing, and guiding others to achieve success.

• Ability to act as a trusted advisor and lead through influence.

• Must be eligible to live and work in the country of residence.

• A bachelor's degree is required; exceptional experience may be taken into account.

• Over 7 years of experience in a dynamic Human Resources environment with proven achievements.

• Experience across a wide range of human resources areas is highly desirable.

• Experience managing LATAM regions is required.

• PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification is preferred, or actively pursuing it.

• Resume must be submitted in English.
