This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +5 more countries.
β’ Take ownership of the entire employee lifecycle, from pre-onboarding and first-day preparation to offboarding, exit interviews, and process finalization.
β’ Assist with payroll coordination, compliance, and management of employee records across various jurisdictions.
β’ Ensure accurate personnel data management in HiBob, Teamtailor, and Asana.
β’ Enhance HR workflows through the utilization of AI tools and suggest process automation improvements.
β’ Ensure HR processes and documentation comply with local labor laws in Italy, Spain, Germany, and other regions.
β’ Aid in the drafting and reviewing of employment contracts in collaboration with labor law consultants.
β’ Proactively identify compliance and HR-related risks.
β’ Conduct engagement surveys, stay interviews, and pulse checks.
β’ Convert engagement data into actionable recommendations for the Chief People Officer.
β’ Assist with the review and upkeep of salary grids.
β’ Serve as the primary point of contact for HR inquiries from employees and managers.
β’ Help coordinate promotion cycles and provide support for dismissal processes when necessary.
β’ Oversee HR employer branding initiatives, including candidate experience surveys and internal communication efforts.
β’ Contribute to wider HR projects, including offsite meetings and internal events.
β’ Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, encompassing generalist operations and people partnering activities.
β’ Experience working in multiple geographical locations and understanding various labor laws, cultural contexts, and employment standards.
β’ Proven experience in payroll coordination, compliance oversight, employee lifecycle management, and benefits administration.
β’ Regular daily use of AI tools for drafting, research, process automation, and data analysis.
β’ Capability to identify areas where manual HR processes can be enhanced or replaced with AI solutions.
β’ Prior experience in a technology sector product company, preferably within a scale-up or mid-sized tech organization.
β’ Practical experience using HRIS platforms such as HiBob.
β’ Familiarity with ATS platforms like Teamtailor.
β’ Experience with collaboration tools such as Confluence or OneDrive.
β’ Proficient in project management software like Asana or Jira.
β’ Strong structured, analytical, and direct communication abilities.
β’ Full professional proficiency in English.
β’ Proficiency in Italian is a significant advantage.
β’ Candidates are requested to submit their CV in English.
β’ Must have the ability to work within a Β±1 CET time zone.
β’ Knowledge of Italian, Spanish, or Mauritian labor laws is a bonus.
β’ Experience contributing to an HR backlog or people operations strategy is an added advantage.
β’ Familiarity with enhancing HRIS data quality is a valued asset.
