This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
β’ Act as the main HR point of contact for both managers and employees.
β’ Guide leaders on policies, performance expectations, and effective people management.
β’ Carry out impartial workplace investigations and assist managers in navigating challenging employee situations.
β’ Raise complex or high-risk issues to the Senior HR Manager.
β’ Collaborate with Payroll to ensure timely and accurate processing of new hires, terminations, compensation changes, and other employee status updates.
β’ Assist in resolving payroll discrepancies.
β’ Support managers in goal setting, performance reviews, feedback sessions, performance plans, follow-up, and documentation.
β’ Lead compliance training and programs aimed at enhancing managerial effectiveness.
β’ Offer continuous coaching to enhance managerial skills and confidence.
β’ Identify skill gaps and aid in developing training materials, resources for managers, and HR communications.
β’ Work together with leaders and Talent Acquisition on staffing needs, onboarding, employee engagement strategies, retention efforts, and career development initiatives.
β’ Aid in managing organizational changes and implementing change management strategies.
β’ Collaborate with HR and Shared Services to ensure a seamless, integrated experience.
β’ Independently handle routine and moderately complex HR issues while escalating higher-risk or sensitive matters as needed.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience.
β’ Over 5 years of progressively responsible HR experience, including responsibilities at the HR Manager level.
β’ Strong experience in employee relations, including conducting and managing investigations.
β’ Background in supporting performance management, employee engagement, and organizational changes.
β’ Proven ability to coach managers and establish trusting relationships with both leaders and employees.
β’ Experience in supporting a workforce that spans multiple locations and/or states.
