This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Assist in implementing TireHub's HR strategy within a designated region.
• Act as a reliable consultant for leaders and employees across various HR functions.
• Serve as the regional HR representative, reporting directly to the Director of Talent and Employee Relations.
• Collaborate with recruiting, operations, and learning and talent development teams.
• Provide guidance on employee relations issues, including sensitive Hubber and legal matters.
• Engage in proactive outreach and connection with remote employees throughout the region.
• Facilitate coaching for managers, enhance employee engagement, and drive Hubber relations initiatives.
• Assist in onboarding and orientation processes for new hires and leadership transitions.
• Support offboarding processes and conduct exit interviews.
• Offer assistance with compensation reviews and analysis, including evaluations of market and internal equity.
• Review job changes, promotions, and workforce analyses to ensure alignment with organizational structure and talent strategy.
• Oversee compliance activities, including OSHA requirements, driver records, DOT certifications, and drug testing programs.
• Aid leaders in managing workplace complaints, performance issues, and complex employee situations.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to enhance recruiting efforts.
• Maintain relationships with regional leaders to promote HR initiatives and operational efficiency.
• Travel within the assigned region at least 50% of the time.
• Carry out additional HR and operational tasks as assigned.
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
• 3 to 5 years in specialized HR domains such as talent acquisition, benefits administration, employee and labor relations, talent development, and HR operations.
• Proficiency in HR metrics and predictive analytics.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems.
• Experience dealing with sensitive employee relations matters and labor legislation.
• Comprehensive understanding and broad application of HR principles, theories, and concepts.
• Ability to provide solutions for a diverse range of challenging problems under general guidance.
• Capability to independently identify and develop solutions.
• Strong capacity for autonomous work.
• Ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
• Flexibility to work varying hours during critical periods.
• Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Residence in the Dallas, Texas, or Houston, Texas metro area is required.
• Experience in recruitment and onboarding in a high-volume setting.
• Knowledge of compensation and benefits in multi-location companies.
• Background in employee relations and engagement.
• Experience in compliance, health, and safety matters.
• Familiarity with training, development, and performance management processes.
