Talent Management Business Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America, +4 more locations.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with leaders in business units to comprehend priorities and create talent strategies that align with HR and organizational goals.

• Develop and execute change management and organizational development initiatives.

• Offer strategic People & Culture support to both management and staff.

• Discover opportunities where talent management can provide added value.

• Advocate for employee needs and counsel senior leadership on people-related business decisions and cultural matters.

• Oversee performance management, employee relations, and intricate workplace challenges.

• Examine trends and metrics to formulate solutions, programs, and policies related to compensation, benefits, learning and development, and talent acquisition.

• Facilitate organizational restructuring, workforce planning, and succession planning processes.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the People & Culture team.

• Recognize training and executive coaching opportunities for the wider organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in English and Spanish.

• Portuguese is also necessary if based in Brazil.

• Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Capability to manage change and assist in business transformation alongside senior leaders.

• Proven experience in coaching, developing, and guiding others towards success.

• Background in serving as a trusted advisor and leading through influence.

• Bachelor’s degree required; exceptional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

• Over 7 years of experience in a fast-paced Human Resources setting with a track record of success.

• A broad range of human resources experience is preferred.

• Experience managing LATAM is essential.

• PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification is preferred or in progress.
