This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Engage in the onboarding process with the UR team.
• Take ownership of a significant component of an enterprise-level Talent Management initiative that encompasses career development, performance, learning, inclusion, or leadership development.
• Collaborate directly with the Talent Growth & Inclusion team, People Partners, and subject matter experts.
• Transform loosely defined problems into a structured and actionable plan.
• Conduct research, synthesize, and organize complex information into practical materials.
• Create presentation-ready outputs, including documents, frameworks, decks, or tools.
• Maintain proactive communication by identifying obstacles, sharing insights, and updating on changes in perspective.
• Showcase work and recommendations to the team and People & Culture stakeholders.
• Utilize AI to enhance research, idea generation, logic verification, and the personalization or scaling of career, learning, and performance experiences.
• Current rising junior or senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree, or a graduate student, at an accredited college or university — focusing on Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
• Strong enthusiasm for talent development, career progression, performance, learning programs, leadership growth, organizational effectiveness, or change management.
• Proven ability to clearly structure and communicate complex information in writing.
• Comfortable with data, templates, and structured frameworks — and adaptable when such structures are not yet established.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented; capable of tracking tasks, feedback, and deliverables across various workstreams.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and AI-enabled tools, with a readiness to learn new technologies.
• Collaborative across various functions and levels; curious, proactive, and eager to gain knowledge.
• Preferred: previous internship, project, or coursework related to HR, learning programs, data analysis, or change initiatives.
