Growth Marketing Associate – Prediction Markets

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica, +7 more countries.

📋 Description

• Propel top-of-funnel expansion for Shift Markets’ prediction-markets and crypto-exchange-infrastructure operations.

• Act as a remote industry liaison for prediction markets.

• Monitor market trends and cultivate relationships within pertinent online communities.

• Uncover commercial prospects and enhance Shift’s reputation within the prediction-markets landscape.

• Provide insights, commentary, and content driven by industry standards related to prediction markets.

• Ensure that content aligns with ongoing market dialogues, trends, and advancements.

• Interact with platforms like X, Reddit, newsletters, forums, and various digital channels.

• Develop and manage AI-driven workflows for research, competitor analysis, market intelligence, content ideation, and prospect identification.

• Integrate tools and data sources to establish repeatable workflows.

• Execute email nurture campaigns utilizing Klaviyo.

• Identify potential prospects, partners, and commercial opportunities, directing them to Sales and Partnerships.

• Track activities within prediction markets, crypto, trading, competitors, regulatory frameworks, and key opinion leaders.

• Summarize developments into succinct briefs and actionable insights.

• Collaborate with the Content & Social Media Marketer, Sales, and Partnerships teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant experience, or demonstrable evidence of significant engagement in prediction markets, crypto, trading, growth, content, business development, research, or related online communities.

• Advanced practical proficiency with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, n8n, Zapier, or similar platforms.

• Proven experience in creating and delivering at least one substantial workflow, automation, agent, research system, or similar project utilizing AI tools.

• A public writing voice, with examples from X, Substack, Reddit, a blog, GitHub, or another platform.

• Evidence of active participation in the industry through public research, social commentary, community engagement, relevant personal projects, trading activity, newsletters, videos, or an established online network within prediction markets, crypto, or trading.

• A strong curiosity about prediction markets, crypto, and the future of trading infrastructure.

• Capability to articulate the significance of prediction markets in two concise sentences.

• Experience in the crypto space is advantageous.

• Relevant experience in marketing, content development, research, business development, partnerships, or growth in the fields of crypto, fintech, trading, marketplaces, or another technology sector is a plus.

• A publicly built and launched project is a plus.

• Familiarity with Klaviyo, Apollo, or similar go-to-market tools is a bonus.
