This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Identify and attract top-tier talent from both internal and external channels.
• Evaluate current applicants for open positions and analyze recruitment data in accordance with established service level agreements.
• Employ fundamental sourcing techniques and tools to find and nurture qualified contractor and/or full-time candidates.
• Present qualified candidates to Talent Attraction Recruiters following identification and preliminary screening.
• Collaborate with the Lead TA Recruiter and the TA recruiting team to create candidate pipelines.
• Provide market insights and promote the use of recruitment analytics to enhance the speed of the hiring process.
• Utilize job boards and sourcing resources to identify and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Manage internal referrals as the initial point of review and forward qualified candidates to the appropriate Talent Attraction Lead.
• Supervise the rehire eligibility process and liaise with the internal team.
• Utilize market intelligence tools to deliver insights on talent trends, competitor activities, and industry standards.
• Manage external job postings across job boards and social media platforms.
• Deliver sourced candidate profiles to the Talent Attraction team within 24–48-hour service level agreements.
• Maintain professional communication with candidates, including providing feedback when necessary.
• Utilize AI tools and technologies for sourcing, screening, and matching candidates.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a recruiting or closely related field, with a strong understanding of IT and technology roles.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
• Strong networking skills and proficiency in using social media to enhance candidate pipelines.
• Innovative ideas and suggestions for improving internal client engagement, communications, operations, and the active applicant process.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with an awareness of organizational dynamics and the ability to manage sensitive relationships effectively.
• Highly self-motivated, capable of working independently, autonomously, and remotely without daily oversight.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Persistence in following up with internal clients to ensure timely completion of task assignments.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools is a plus.
• Openness to learning about AI-driven tools and platforms.
• Experience collaborating with remote teams and managing candidates across various time zones.
• Capability to assess local talent pools and networks to source high-quality candidates.
