Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with hiring managers throughout the organization to grasp hiring requirements.

• Engage in the complete recruiting lifecycle, which includes pre-screening candidates, arranging interviews, negotiating salaries, and managing onboarding documentation.

• Build candidate pipelines in specialized areas alongside recruiting and operations teams.

• Employ both standard and innovative sourcing strategies to discover qualified candidates.

• Recruit and network via social media, networking events, college campuses, training institutions, and job fairs.

• Execute recruiting strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives.

• Oversee job postings and contribute to the creation of standardized job descriptions.

• Generate and dispatch candidate offer letters and facilitate salary negotiations.

• Collaborate with practice leads and recruiting teams to ensure candidate follow-up and to foster a positive candidate experience.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

• Ensure that new-hire onboarding and paperwork are completed swiftly and accurately.

• Lead onboarding sessions for new employees.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of recruiting experience in the Salesforce and/or Amazon (AWS) sectors.

• Previous experience with Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiting is advantageous.

• Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).

• Exceptional communication skills and confidence when speaking on the phone.

• Competitive and goal-driven with keen attention to detail.

• A passion for building and nurturing relationships with recruited consultants.

• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
