Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition recruiters to gain a comprehensive understanding of assigned requisitions, necessary qualifications, target candidate profiles, sourcing priorities, and service expectations.

• Oversee the sourcing and initial screening processes for approximately 10+ requisitions simultaneously, adapting priorities as business needs evolve.

• Create and implement customized sourcing strategies utilizing job boards, professional networks, internal databases, social media, web research, referrals, talent communities, and other relevant channels.

• Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with both active and passive candidates to meet current and future hiring demands.

• Perform thorough initial screenings to evaluate candidates' experience, technical and functional qualifications, career aspirations, compensation expectations, work authorization, location requirements, availability, and overall fit for the role.

• Provide recruiters with fully screened, qualified candidates along with clear, precise, and concise screening notes.

• Maintain regular communication with recruiters regarding pipeline health, candidate feedback, market conditions, sourcing challenges, and suggested adjustments.

• Build and sustain reusable talent pipelines for recurring, high-volume, specialized, and challenging roles.

• Ensure timely and accurate tracking of candidate activities, dispositions, notes, and pipeline data in Workday and other approved recruiting tools.

• Provide a professional, responsive, and inclusive candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow-ups.

• Contribute to Talent Acquisition initiatives, sourcing campaigns, talent-mapping projects, process enhancements, and other assigned priorities.

• Meet or surpass SLA targets and pipeline-generation objectives.

• Consistently deliver high-quality hires, maintain data accuracy, and enhance Entegris’ reputation as an employer of choice.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in sourcing and screening candidates within a corporate agency or recruitment process outsourcing environment.

• Strong capability to identify and engage passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, social platforms, web research, and innovative sourcing techniques.

• Experience in conducting structured candidate screenings and assessing qualifications against specified job requirements.

• Ability to manage over 10 concurrent requisitions, balance competing priorities, and consistently meet established deadlines and service expectations.

• Strong partnership skills and a service-oriented mindset in supporting Talent Acquisition recruiters.

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to clearly and objectively summarize candidate qualifications.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and candidate relationship management tools; experience with Workday is preferred.

• Proficient in utilizing recruiting data and metrics to assess sourcing effectiveness and modify strategies accordingly.

• Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and commitment to accurate documentation and process compliance.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while remaining responsive to recruiter and business needs.

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience is preferred.

• Previous experience in sourcing for manufacturing, operations, engineering, research and development, technical, or other specialized roles is preferred.

• Knowledge of the chemical, plastics, or semiconductor industries is a plus.
