Mid/Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Identify, attract, and recruit exceptional global talent.

• Engage and map elite candidates from premier tech hubs and companies around the world.

• Conduct strategic outreach and networking with passive candidates.

• Assist in the implementation of an AI-driven recruitment framework utilizing AI agents, technical communities, and innovative sourcing methods.

• Foster long-term relationships with passive candidates on a global scale.

• Manage the candidate experience from the initial discovery call to the final closing.

• Perform structured interviews to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit.

• Provide clear, actionable interview summaries to Hiring Managers and Leadership.

• Enhance hiring processes in collaboration with Founders and Team Leads.

• Contribute to employer branding, recruitment process advancements, sourcing strategies, and various talent acquisition initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in tech recruitment.

• Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment.

• Global sourcing expertise attracting talent from significant tech hubs, including the USA, EU, and LATAM.

• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Fluent in English.

• Goal-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and commitment.

• Proactive mindset with the ability to balance execution, planning, and strategy.

• Humble, eager to learn, and receptive to feedback.

• Comfortable hiring for products based on uncensored models and content.
