Full Cycle Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Identify, evaluate, and prequalify candidates for technical and professional positions within the industrial and manufacturing sectors.

• Arrange interviews and ensure effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Collaborate with senior recruiters to achieve hiring objectives and timelines.

• Participate in team initiatives aimed at improving recruitment strategies and enhancing the candidate experience.

• Oversee the complete recruitment process from sourcing and screening to candidate engagement and placement.

• Provide support for North American clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of recruiting experience, preferably in industrial/manufacturing, fabrication, or skilled trades environments.

• Experience in process outsourcing (BPO), staffing, or similar fast-paced industries is essential, or any proven international process outsourcing experience.

• Proficiency with Bullhorn ATS and ZoomInfo is required.

• Exceptional English communication skills — both written and verbal.

• Self-assured and professional, with comfort in speaking with candidates via phone or video.

• Tech-savvy; experienced with CRMs, job boards, and sourcing through social media.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities effectively.

• Possess a growth mindset; enthusiastic about learning and advancing in recruitment.

• Comfortable working night shifts in alignment with North American time zones.

• Willingness to work as an Independent Contractor (IC).

• Must have a stable internet connection and a dependable work-from-home setup.
