Recruitment Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Identify and engage potential candidates via job boards, social media platforms, and networking events.

• Evaluate resumes and applications to pinpoint qualified candidates.

• Conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural compatibility.

• Assist in crafting and distributing job advertisements.

• Maintain candidate databases and monitor recruitment metrics.

• Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring journey.

• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to comprehend staffing needs and job specifications.

• Identify talent on platforms such as Indeed, UpWork, Behance, and LinkedIn.

• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment.

• Utilize an applicant tracking system to enhance recruitment processes and keep accurate candidate records.

• Report directly to the HR and Recruitment Head.

• Assist Spiralyze in attracting, identifying, and hiring talent for a data-driven A/B testing company that aids major brands in maximizing revenue from website traffic.

• Capability to advance candidates efficiently through the recruitment pipeline.

• Professional demeanor while representing the company to potential hires.

• Ability to grasp Spiralyze's roles and articulate them clearly to candidates.

• Keen attention to detail when reviewing resumes and candidate communications.

• Strong organizational skills for tracking candidates across various roles, including their status, resumes, interview notes, and evaluations.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in the English language is required.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking system (ATS) tools is necessary.

• Experience in hiring or collaborating with UI/UX designers is an advantage.

• Knowledge of design roles and creative portfolios is beneficial.

• Entry-level position suitable for candidates with 0–3 years of experience; recent graduates and early-career professionals with a demonstrated interest in HR are encouraged to apply.
