Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with hiring managers to gain insight into their recruitment needs.

• Engage in the complete recruiting lifecycle, which encompasses candidate prescreening, scheduling interviews, negotiating salaries, and managing onboarding documentation.

• Build candidate pipelines in specialized areas based on market demands and business objectives.

• Employ both traditional and innovative sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates.

• Recruit and network via social media, networking events, college campuses, training institutes, and job fairs.

• Execute recruitment strategies to foster company growth.

• Maintain job postings and assist in creating standardized job descriptions.

• Draft and distribute candidate offer letters and facilitate salary negotiations.

• Collaborate with practice leads and recruiting teams for candidate follow-up.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Uphold a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

• Guarantee the accurate and timely completion of onboarding paperwork.

• Conduct onboarding sessions for newly hired employees.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of recruiting experience in the Salesforce and/or Amazon (AWS) sectors.

• Previous experience with Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiting is advantageous.

• Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).

• Comfortable and confident when communicating over the phone.

• Competitive and goal-focused with a keen attention to detail.

• Enthusiastic about building and nurturing relationships with recruited consultants.

• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
