This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Identify and attract high-quality talent from both internal and external sources.
• Evaluate active applicants for open positions and analyze recruitment data within established service level agreements (SLAs).
• Employ various sourcing strategies and tools to find qualified candidates for contractor and full-time roles.
• Present shortlisted and minimally vetted candidates to Talent Attraction Recruiters.
• Collaborate with the Lead TA Recruiter and the recruiting team to build effective candidate pipelines.
• Provide market insights and promote the use of recruitment analytics to enhance speed to market.
• Utilize job boards and sourcing tools to develop lists of qualified candidates.
• Manage internal referrals as the primary reviewer and forward suitable candidates to the relevant Talent Attraction Lead.
• Supervise the rehire eligibility process and ensure timely completion with the internal team.
• Share current insights on talent trends, competitor actions, and industry benchmarks.
• Manage external job postings across job boards and social media platforms.
• Deliver profiles of sourced candidates to the Talent Attraction team within 24–48 hours SLAs.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates, including providing feedback when necessary.
• Utilize AI tools for candidate sourcing, screening, and matching.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting or a related role, with a solid understanding of IT and technology positions.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
• Skill in networking and leveraging social media to enhance candidate pipelines.
• Innovative ideas and suggestions to improve internal client engagement, communications, operations, and the management of active applicants.
• Strong interpersonal abilities combined with organizational insight and an understanding of managing sensitive relationships.
• Highly self-driven, capable of working independently, autonomously, and remotely, without daily supervision.
• Ability to prioritize and manage tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Persistence in following up with internal clients to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools is advantageous.
• Openness to learning AI-driven tools and platforms.
• Experience collaborating with remote teams and managing candidates across various time zones.
• Capability to evaluate local talent pools and networks to source top-quality candidates.
