Internal Recruiter – Tech, High-Volume Staffing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete recruitment process, which encompasses sourcing, screening, scheduling, and negotiating offers.

• Handle multiple job requisitions concurrently for both technical and non-technical positions.

• Perform technical interviews to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit.

• Collaborate with hiring managers and technical clients to ensure alignment on job requirements and expectations.

• Engage with candidates from the initial contact through to their onboarding experience.

• Maintain accurate records using an ATS and various recruitment platforms.

• Identify opportunities for process enhancements to boost efficiency and quality.

• Assist in assembling teams for innovative organizations.

• Work alongside internal stakeholders and clients in a dynamic, high-volume setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with an emphasis on staffing and high-volume hiring.

• Practical experience in technical recruiting and conducting interviews.

• Proven success in collaborating with tech clients and managing complex role requirements.

• Excellent communication skills paired with a candidate-centric approach.

• Comfortable using ATS tools and sourcing platforms, showcasing tech-savviness.

• Availability to work PST or EST hours for part of the week.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and exceptionally organized.

• Capable of working independently while collaborating with distributed teams.

• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in English is required.
