This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Take ownership of the complete recruitment cycle for a significant number of simultaneous and diverse requisitions across various functions, levels of seniority, and geographic areas.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify hiring requirements, role specifications, timelines, and sourcing strategies.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and direct engagement with passive candidates.
• Assist candidates throughout each phase of the hiring process, from initial contact to offer acceptance and onboarding transition.
• Provide coaching to hiring managers and interview panels on candidate assessment, interview effectiveness, hiring best practices, and time-to-fill considerations.
• Utilize recruitment metrics, market intelligence, and hiring data to pinpoint opportunities, enhance outcomes, and influence hiring choices.
• Ensure accurate recruitment data and workflows are maintained within the applicant tracking system to uphold operational excellence and compliance.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives across talent communities, social media platforms, professional networks, and recruitment channels.
• Continuously refine recruitment processes, tools, and workflows to support a growing, globally connected organization.
• Over 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, full-cycle recruitment, or a similar hiring function.
• Proficient in English.
• Comfortable operating in a global, remote work setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Capable of managing multiple concurrent requisitions across various functions, levels, and regions while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
• Skilled in building trust and collaborating with stakeholders from individual contributors to senior leadership.
• Possess clear, professional, and empathetic communication abilities.
• Demonstrated adaptability and initiative in fast-paced, globally distributed environments.
• Ability to leverage data and recruiting insights to inform decision-making and enhance results.
