Recruiter, Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process, which includes sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and providing hiring support.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend role specifications, define ideal candidate profiles, and synchronize recruiting priorities.

• Identify and engage qualified candidates, primarily for Educational Sales positions.

• Conduct initial screenings and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.

• Organize interviews with hiring teams and ensure candidates progress smoothly through the recruitment process.

• Provide prompt communication and feedback to candidates throughout their hiring journey.

• Keep accurate records of candidate information, interview activities, and hiring stages in Ashby.

• Manage over 5 individual contributor searches concurrently.

• Collaborate with the Lead Recruiter to adhere to Yondr's recruitment processes, interview practices, and hiring standards.

• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience while professionally representing Yondr's mission, culture, and opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Available to start in early October.

• Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, with at least 2-3 years in an in-house recruiting role.

• Proven experience in recruiting for Educational Sales, K-12 sales, EdTech sales, or similar sales roles.

• Experience in managing multiple searches at various stages of the recruitment process simultaneously.

• Practical experience with Ashby or a comparable applicant tracking system, with a strong preference for Ashby experience.

• Strong skills in sourcing and candidate outreach.

• Excellent time management and organizational abilities, with a knack for prioritizing tasks effectively and working independently.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where hiring priorities and timelines may change.

• A sincere interest in Yondr's mission and the capability to compellingly communicate that mission to prospective candidates.

• Must be eligible to work in the United States; Yondr is unable to provide visa sponsorship.
