This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Deliver comprehensive recruiting support throughout the entire lifecycle across multiple business units, with a focus on Delivery and Go to Market.
• Formulate and implement talent strategies that are in line with revenue objectives.
• Establish enduring talent pipelines.
• Provide guidance on sourcing strategies and enhance employer branding.
• Design the talent attraction strategy for business units.
• Collaborate with business leaders to foresee hiring requirements and deliver market insights.
• Conduct intake and calibration discussions to clarify role specifications, success profiles, assessment methodologies, and attraction strategies.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, leadership, and specialist positions.
• Create proactive sourcing strategies utilizing talent mapping, networking, referrals, market research, and direct sourcing methodologies.
• Evaluate candidates through structured interviews and assessment methodologies.
• Ensure a uniform and favorable candidate experience.
• Cultivate relationships with prospective candidates and industry talent communities.
• Monitor recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, quality of hire, pipeline health, source effectiveness, and diversity outcomes.
• Maintain precise recruitment data and ensure adherence to employment, privacy, and regulatory standards.
• Enhance recruitment processes, tools, candidate experiences, and hiring results.
• Engage in regional and global talent acquisition projects and initiatives.
• A minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience within a technology organization.
• Previous experience in a consultative Talent Acquisition Partner or similar role is preferred.
• Proven success in hiring high-performing professionals in competitive talent markets.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
• Demonstrated capability to influence and establish consultative relationships with senior business leaders.
• Experience in workforce planning and implementing data-driven recruiting strategies.
• In-depth market knowledge of talent landscapes, trends, and competitor activities.
• Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment analytics.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Capacity to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while juggling multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
