This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Support the development of eLearning modules, job aids, videos, and assessments.
• Convert learning objectives into captivating content utilizing adult learning principles.
• Develop storyboards, scripts, and outlines to direct the content creation process.
• Leverage AI tools and frameworks to draft, prototype, and enhance educational materials.
• Implement templates, adhere to brand standards, and follow accessibility best practices.
• Facilitate flagship programs offered by AHEAD, including New Hire Orientation and Accelerating Your IMPACT.
• Assist with program logistics, participant communications, and follow-up activities.
• Collect participant feedback and convey insights to enhance future program delivery.
• Aid in the creation, updating, and execution of reports within Cornerstone LMS.
• Help in the preparation and deployment of learning solutions within the LMS.
• Maintain learning records, enrollments, and track completion statuses.
• Oversee multiple projects and timelines in a dynamic, agile environment.
• Communicate progress, risks, and requirements to the Talent Development Partner and stakeholders.
• Produce high-quality work on time while managing shifting priorities.
• Provide support to the Talent Development team on special projects and additional responsibilities as required.
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Adult Learning, Human Resources, or a related discipline — or equivalent professional experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in talent development, corporate learning, instructional design, training facilitation, or a similar field.
• Proficient in creating learning content using contemporary authoring tools, preferably Articulate Rise or Storyline, or equivalent.
• Experience with basic multimedia tools such as Canva, Loom, Synthesia, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with using AI and modern design tools to assist in drafting, prototyping, and enhancing content.
• Comfortable facilitating or co-facilitating learning sessions and engaging with live audiences, both virtually and in person.
• Knowledge of learning management systems like Cornerstone, including content preparation for deployment and the creation, updating, and execution of reports.
• Application of adult learning principles and best practices for inclusivity and accessibility.
• Ability to convert complex information into clear, straightforward, and engaging learning materials.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with effective stakeholder engagement.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Quick to learn new subject areas and support a variety of functions.
• Meticulous attention to detail with an emphasis on quality, clarity, and learner experience.
• Self-motivated individual with a strong collaborative spirit and teamwork skills.
