This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Employ innovative design thinking to tackle user experience challenges and devise effective solutions.

• Create captivating K12, Higher Education, and Instructor eLearning courses utilizing rapid authoring tools.

• Oversee and prioritize multiple projects concurrently.

• Design and implement cutting-edge standards for eLearning experiences.

• Offer clear guidance and act as a consultant throughout the e-learning production workflow.

• Develop extensive training programs that are both engaging and precise.

• Create assessments and quiz questions to enhance learning retention.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and product teams to develop content that aligns with company priorities.

• Work autonomously while also collaborating across various departments.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in designing, developing, and user testing educational products.

• 1–2 years of visual design experience using Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud.

• Proficient in both English and Spanish.

• Portfolio showcasing original educational eLearning products created with HTML5 or comparable tools, interactive instructor-led trainings, and presentation decks.

• Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Drive, Slides, Docs, Sheets).

• Practical experience in building advanced eLearning content using Evolve or Articulate 360.

• Familiarity with instructional design frameworks (ADDIE, Rapid Release, storyboarding).

• Proven experience in adhering to company standards for presentation design, copy editing, and writing.

• Comfortable utilizing project management software (Smartsheet, Asana, Google Sheets).

• Demonstrated history of leading large-scale projects, ensuring consistent messaging, and meeting deadlines.

• Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with a strong command of grammar.

• Ability to distill complex technical concepts into simpler terms.

• Outstanding attention to detail.

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience (preferred/bonus).

• Experience with Intellum LMS.

• Proficient with video editing software such as Camtasia or Adobe Premiere.

• Background in developing interactive instructor-led training (ILT).
