Leadership Development Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee a pipeline of future leaders.

• Evaluate talent and recognize employees with leadership potential.

• Create and implement leadership development programs and workshops.

• Deliver coaching, mentoring, and constructive feedback.

• Assist with succession planning efforts throughout the organization.

• Lead and nurture Business Development Managers and Training Managers.

• Assess program effectiveness and enhance leadership readiness outcomes.

• Travel about 75% of the time to facilitate field coaching, leadership development, and business initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in leadership and people development.

• Excellent coaching and mentoring skills.

• Background in leadership development, talent development, sales management, training, or related areas.

• Capability to influence and cultivate leaders at different career stages.

• Openness to frequent travel, with significant travel expectations of around 3 weeks per month (75% of the time).
