Leadership Development Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Build and oversee a pipeline of future leaders.

• Evaluate talent and pinpoint employees with leadership potential.

• Create and implement leadership development programs and workshops.

• Provide coaching, mentoring, and developmental feedback.

• Aid in succession planning initiatives across the organization.

• Lead and nurture Business Development Managers and Training Managers.

• Assess program effectiveness and enhance leadership readiness outcomes.

• Travel extensively to facilitate field coaching, leadership development, and business initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated leadership and people-development experience.

• Strong coaching and mentoring skills.

• Background in leadership development, talent development, sales management, training, or related areas.

• Ability to influence and cultivate leaders at various stages of their careers.

• Readiness to travel frequently, with significant travel requirements of around 3 weeks each month (75% of the time).
