This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist in the formulation and execution of organizational change management strategies for smaller projects with minimal change effects.

• Support efforts to manage the human aspects of change, including modifications to processes, systems, and technology.

• Contribute to the creation and distribution of educational materials.

• Help deliver both classroom and virtual training sessions for technical audiences with varying levels of experience, under guidance.

• Provide assistance in course development initiatives, involving research and content evaluation.

• Aid in the upkeep of teaching resources and laboratory exercises.

• Assist in revising curricula and supplementary materials.

• Support the facilitation of introductory training sessions and workshops.

• Engage in structured change management methodologies and contribute to the development of change plans.

• Implement company policies and procedures to address routine challenges.

• Tackle problems of limited scope while adhering to detailed instructions.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from an accredited four-year institution, along with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• At least one year of demonstrable experience.

• Proven experience in supporting classroom and virtual training for technical audiences.

• Capability to assist in course development, including research and content assessment.

• Proficiency in maintaining teaching materials and lab exercises.

• Ability to aid in the updates of curricula and supporting materials.

• Competence in participating in structured change management processes and aiding in change plan formulation.
