This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and coordinate learning programs throughout their entire lifecycle, which includes demand planning, logistics, production, and post-session follow-up.
• Handle logistics and readiness for both virtual and in-person sessions, such as scheduling, invitations, rosters, platforms, venues, materials, facilitators, and vendors.
• Manage the Learning Management System, which encompasses setting up offerings and overseeing enrollments, rosters, and completion tracking.
• Provide course information to participants and respond to inquiries.
• Create, maintain, and enhance standard work procedures, templates, and operational rhythms.
• Identify and implement process enhancements to streamline execution and improve the experiences of learners, facilitators, and stakeholders.
• Utilize Lean tools and resources to document and monitor the completion of key performance indicators.
• Track course enrollments, expenses, and other metrics, flagging trends for informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with Learning Program Managers on various initiatives and projects.
• Assist with communications, change management, and updates for stakeholders.
• Cultivate vendor relationships and manage purchasing workflows.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or a high school diploma/GED accompanied by a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in corporate learning and development or a related field.
• Proficient in Cornerstone LMS, Microsoft Excel, and MS Teams.
• Excellent organizational and project management capabilities, with a keen attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines in a matrixed environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with business leaders as well as training administration and delivery vendors.
• Capacity to perform in a high-pressure environment while juggling and executing various priorities.
• Experience in administering the technical backend of a Learning Management System.
• Background in a Center of Excellence or matrixed organization.
• Proven success in coordinating large-scale programs or events with measurable outcomes.
• Familiarity with sourcing and purchase order processing, such as SSS.
• Confidence in utilizing AI in daily tasks.
• Must reside within 40 miles of a major US airport and be located in the Eastern or Central time zone.
• Willingness to travel 10% or less.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of a drug screening, if applicable.
