This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and develop self-directed e-learning modules, on-demand micro-learning resources, training manuals, facilitator materials, and presentation slides.
• Utilize AI technologies to compose scripts, generate visual content, draft assessments, and expedite the instructional design process.
• Document procedures and refresh People Team resources within Confluence.
• Develop project proposals and training rollout plans that include learning objectives, desired outcomes, and agile implementation strategies.
• Maintain Human Interest’s brand integrity through effective communication and learning experiences.
• Analyze feedback and internal metrics to enhance learning offerings and processes.
• Establish channels for post-training feedback and translate learner suggestions into program enhancements.
• Conduct engaging virtual and in-person training sessions and workshops.
• Perform learning needs assessments and gap analyses that align with organizational goals.
• Oversee and implement talent programs, which encompass employee growth and leadership development initiatives.
• Collaborate across departments to support talent development initiatives.
• Cultivate relationships with internal teams to foster employee development and retention.
• Provide administrative assistance for the Docebo Learning Management System.
• Manage and contribute to People Team projects from initiation to completion.
• 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Instructional Design, or related disciplines.
• Experience in creating eLearning content utilizing tools such as Articulate Rise.
• Strong facilitation and presentation abilities in both in-person and virtual settings.
• Familiarity with Learning Management System (LMS) administration.
• Experience with Docebo and Confluence is highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in multimedia editing software, including Canva.
• Demonstrated capability to leverage AI tools for workflow optimization, content drafting, and visual asset creation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to creatively utilize existing tools and materials to develop impactful, scalable solutions in resource-constrained environments.
