Talent Development Analyst – Junior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business areas, Marketing, and the sales team to identify training needs, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.

• Create, update, and modify technical content and training materials, focusing primarily on Cardiology and the Central Nervous System (CNS).

• Develop educational resources and recommend learning solutions in various formats, both in-person and digital.

• Organize and facilitate in-person and online training sessions for the sales team.

• Assist in delivering and enhancing the New Hires Program, playing a key role in onboarding and employee development.

• Engage in the preparation and execution of cycle training, product launches, and other development activities.

• Track the implementation of training and assess its effectiveness using metrics, evaluations, and post-training follow-up actions.

• Conduct field visits to discover development opportunities and collect feedback from the sales force.

• Assist with departmental projects and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of processes, materials, and learning experiences.

• Participate in training innovation initiatives, including the use of artificial intelligence in talent training and development.


⛳️ Requirements

• Completed Bachelor’s degree.

• Prior experience in corporate training, corporate education, or developing training programs.

• Experience in conducting training needs analysis (TNA).

• Proficiency in creating educational content, training materials, or learning resources.

• Capability to track metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of development initiatives.

• Experience within the pharmaceutical industry (preferred).

• Background in training sales representatives, medical consultants, pharmaceutical sales representatives, or commercial teams (preferred).

• Understanding of the pharmaceutical market and the interactions with healthcare professionals (preferred).

• Familiarity with digital learning, microlearning, learning pathways, and asynchronous content (preferred).

• Experience with artificial intelligence tools and solutions in the context of education, training, or talent development (preferred).

• Openness to travel as required.
