This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +4 more countries.
β’ Design, develop, and tailor high-quality GA learning programs for enterprise, technical, and professional audiences.
β’ Create practical, outcome-oriented learning experiences that can be applied in real workplace scenarios.
β’ Transform AI-tool fluency into practical activities, labs, simulations, facilitator guides, assessments, and client-specific modifications.
β’ Oversee projects and collaborate with subject matter experts, instructors, product managers, learning designers, assessment specialists, vendors, and client-facing teams.
β’ Manage client-facing design processes, encompassing requirements gathering, learning outcomes, timelines, scope, resources, development plans, and content quality.
β’ Collaborate with sales, product, client success, solutions, and delivery teams to identify needs and develop learning solutions.
β’ Assist in pre-sales and client discussions by defining skill requirements, learner personas, program objectives, audience readiness, and learning pathways.
β’ Create instructor-led training materials, hands-on labs, case studies, simulations, assessments, facilitator guides, learner workbooks, and workplace exercises.
β’ Design learning pathways across various proficiency levels, covering AI literacy, technical skills, workflow redesign, and responsible technology use.
β’ Ensure learning experiences adhere to adult learning principles, learning science, accessibility standards, measurable outcomes, and GA design standards.
β’ Manage development timelines, deliverables, resources, SMEs, instructors, vendors, contractors, and freelancers.
β’ Develop materials for instructor enablement and guide instructors in the delivery of applied, interactive learning.
β’ Collect and analyze data on learning impact for ongoing improvement.
β’ Adapt learning experiences with translation vendors and localization partners as necessary.
β’ Standardize reusable learning patterns, components, activities, templates, assessments, and program structures.
β’ Build a scalable library of reusable GA learning components and aid in the evolution of GAβs learning portfolio.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, curriculum design, or a related area.
β’ Extensive experience in creating instructor-led training content.
β’ Proven ability to design high-quality learning experiences for enterprise, professional, technical, or workplace audiences.
β’ Experience in producing slides, facilitator guides, activities, assessments, case studies, labs, simulations, and learner resources.
β’ Experience managing clients, stakeholders, SMEs, instructors, vendors, or cross-functional partners throughout the content development process.
β’ Strong knowledge of Bloomβs Taxonomy, ADDIE, experiential learning, practice-based learning, and adult learning principles.
β’ Ability to design for both technical and non-technical audiences.
β’ Proficient hands-on experience with current AI tools.
β’ Experience in designing learning experiences related to AI, emerging technology, data, digital transformation, technical skills, or the adoption of workplace technology.
β’ Strong working knowledge of generative AI, large language models, prompt engineering, machine learning, AI agents, ethical AI, responsible use, and enterprise AI adoption.
β’ Experience in designing practical, hands-on learning activities.
β’ Experience collaborating with subject matter experts to translate complex concepts into structured, engaging, and accessible learning experiences.
β’ Familiarity with LMS platforms, content management systems, and authoring tools.
β’ Willing to adjust schedule for meetings across time zones, particularly in the United States, Europe, Middle East, and Asia.
β’ Nice-to-have technical proficiency in AI, data science, or coding, including Python, APIs, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
β’ Nice-to-have experience with GitHub, virtual machines, cloud-based labs, sandbox environments, and AI learning platforms.
β’ 100% remote work.
