This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct needs and task analyses alongside employers, instructors, and program staff to establish learning outcomes.
• Create curricula, lesson plans, facilitator guides, and learner materials for in-person, virtual, and blended formats.
• Develop accessible e-learning modules and job aids tailored for adult learners with diverse literacy, language, and digital skills.
• Ensure content alignment with industry credentials, apprenticeship standards, and career pathways.
• Formulate assessments, completion metrics, and evaluation plans that demonstrate learner progress.
• Test materials with instructors and participants, making revisions based on feedback and outcomes.
• Provide qualifications and past-performance narratives for AlphaGov proposals when authorized for naming.
• Proven experience in designing adult or workforce training curricula utilizing ADDIE, SAM, or a similar model.
• Expertise in writing facilitator guides, learner materials, and assessments aimed at adult learners.
• Solid understanding of accessibility standards (Section 508 / WCAG) and plain-language design principles.
• Comfortable working as a 1099 project-based consultant, with a remote-first approach and occasional travel to client sites.
• Background in working with community colleges, workforce boards, WIOA programs, or pre-apprenticeship training initiatives.
• Proficient in using Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or a learning management system.
• Bilingual proficiency in content development (English/Spanish).
