This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete execution of assigned sponsorships and creator campaigns from offer acceptance through to final completion.
• Monitor deliverables, timelines, platforms, approvals, posting requirements, and usage rights across multiple ongoing campaigns.
• Schedule deliverables while securing essential dates, posting times, and approval milestones.
• Gather draft content, final outputs, and performance screenshots or analytics.
• Track campaign progress and proactively follow up to avert delays or missed deliverables.
• Verify that deliverables are posted accurately and comply with contractual and brand standards.
• Act as the main day-to-day contact for creators during active campaigns.
• Convey expectations, deadlines, briefs, and brand guidelines to talent.
• Address talent inquiries regarding deliverables, timelines, and logistics.
• Provide reminders and troubleshooting assistance for execution challenges.
• Escalate sensitive matters, negotiations, or relationship issues to the designated Senior Talent Manager or Department Lead.
• Collaborate with Talent Managers, Campaign Managers, Sales, and Operations teams to facilitate smooth transitions and execution.
• Ensure that contracts, statements of work, and campaign specifics are accurately recorded and disseminated internally.
• Promptly escalate risks, blockers, or compliance concerns with relevant context and suggested solutions.
• Aid in invoicing and payment processes by confirming that deliverables are completed and approved punctually.
• Maintain precise, real-time campaign data in CRM, trackers, dashboards, and project management tools.
• Keep deal and campaign statuses updated consistently.
• Identify incomplete or at-risk campaigns and document underlying causes or recurring problems.
• Provide regular status reports to Senior Talent Managers or Department Leads.
• Assist in reporting on deal volume, completion rates, and execution performance.
• Ensure deliverables comply with contractual requirements, brand guidelines, and platform standards.
• Confirm that creators adhere to Mythic Talent policies, exclusivity agreements, and professional conduct standards.
• Report compliance issues or persistent performance concerns to senior management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Talent Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in talent management, campaign management, influencer marketing, or a related discipline.
• Experience collaborating with various talent tiers or clients, including high-profile individuals.
• Strong project management, relationship-building, and communication abilities.
• Capability to organize and prioritize multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency with CRM or project management software and standard office applications.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and respond swiftly to real-time challenges.
• Ability to sit and/or stand for the entirety of the workday.
• Capacity to utilize a keyboard, headset, and computer monitor throughout the workday.
• Must have access to a reliable computer and any other necessary equipment to perform the role.
