Talent Augmentation Manager – Staffing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the operations related to Talent Augmentation and professional staffing.

• Cultivate and sustain strategic relationships with clients and partners.

• Identify professional staffing opportunities both nationally and internationally.

• Manage the pipeline of demands, opportunities, available professionals, and anticipated movements.

• Anticipate risks associated with bench and redeployment.

• Ensure optimal resource allocation, considering skills, seniority, availability, location, costs, and client requirements.

• Coordinate staffing opportunities across countries in collaboration with HR Path teams in different regions.

• Collaborate with Sales, Recruitment, and Consulting teams to identify and develop business prospects.

• Engage in the preparation and negotiation of commercial proposals.

• Contribute to defining profiles, rates, margins, and engagement models.

• Monitor metrics such as utilization, availability, revenue, and margin.

• Oversee the quality of staffing assignments and the satisfaction levels of clients, partners, and professionals.

• Address client needs and discover new opportunities.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in Talent Augmentation, staffing, outsourcing, professional allocation, or consulting services, ideally within the technology sector.

• Strong skills in client management and business development.

• Experience in managing capacity, availability, planning, and resource allocation.

• Proficiency in structuring and negotiating commercial proposals, rates, margins, and engagement models.

• Familiarity with operational metrics such as utilization, bench, revenue, margin, and capacity.

• Capability to work within international and multicultural settings.

• Advanced English language skills for effective communication with clients, partners, and global teams.
