📋 Description

• Identify, source, and engage qualified fire and alarm technicians through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific forums.

• Develop and sustain a strong pipeline of potential candidates to fulfill the staffing needs of the company.

• Perform initial screenings to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit within the Zeus Fire and Security Network.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to grasp the technical requirements and skills needed for fire and alarm technician roles.

• Provide consistent updates on recruitment progress, share insights into the market, and offer recommendations to enhance the hiring process.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey, from the first contact to onboarding.

• Develop and maintain connections with industry professionals, educational institutions, and relevant organizations to broaden the network of potential candidates.

• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to make informed decisions and stay competitive in attracting top talent.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of full life-cycle recruitment experience with a strong capability to develop and implement sourcing strategies across diverse markets.

• Experience in a dynamic, growth-oriented organization.

• Proven track record as a Recruiter, ideally within the fire protection and security sector.

• Strong networking abilities and capacity to cultivate relationships with industry professionals.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and achieve recruitment targets.

• Proficient in utilizing recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

• Ability to spend extended periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

• Must be capable of lifting up to 15 pounds occasionally.
