Recruitment Operations & Sourcing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Create, publish, and manage job advertisements across LinkedIn, Indeed, BrightMove, and other relevant platforms.

• Post positions for clients and partners through Pioneers, the Indeed extension, and email requests.

• Adhere to platform-specific posting and cleanup protocols.

• Update, modify, and close postings as roles evolve or expire.

• Oversee applicant scraping and ensure accurate capture of applicant information.

• Download applicant CVs and systematically organize them in the database.

• Maintain a clean and de-duplicated candidate database.

• Actively source candidates for current roles using LinkedIn, Indeed, HireEZ, and other avenues.

• Develop and sustain talent pipelines for recurring and high-priority vacancies.

• Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates and monitor engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment operations, sourcing, talent acquisition support, or a similar high-volume coordination position.

• Practical knowledge of job boards and ATS platforms; familiarity with LinkedIn, Indeed, and BrightMove is highly preferred.

• Strong sourcing abilities and the capacity to independently identify and engage qualified candidates.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a systematic approach to data entry and record maintenance.

• Comfort in following structured, platform-specific guidelines and process documentation.

• Dependable internet connection.

• Availability to work full-time hours consistently.

• Experience with MSPs or staffing agencies is a plus.

• Familiarity with applicant scraping tools and browser extensions is advantageous.

• Experience supporting US-based or international clients across different time zones is a benefit.
