Healthcare Recruiter – U.S. Provider Recruitment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to extending offers for clinical and operational teams.

• Identify, screen, and interview candidates for both high-volume and specialized positions.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend business requirements and prioritize hiring needs.

• Assess candidates based on regulatory and compliance standards.

• Create and sustain talent pipelines within the U.S. healthcare sector.

• Ensure accuracy in ATS, job postings, and recruitment metrics.

• Monitor market trends and align hiring strategies with leadership expectations.

• Contribute to employer branding efforts to attract clinical talent.

• Guarantee a smooth and professional experience for candidates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in Talent Acquisition, including experience with U.S.-based companies.

• Demonstrated ability in sourcing and assessing candidates.

• Experience in high-volume recruitment.

• Strong knowledge of ATS systems and recruitment tools.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.

• Proficient in written and spoken English (mandatory).

• Must be able to work full-time in alignment with U.S. Eastern Time (EST) hours (required).

• Experience in recruiting for healthcare organizations is a plus.

• Familiarity with recruiting 1099 and W2 healthcare providers is advantageous.

• Knowledge of DEA/licensure processes across various states would be beneficial.
