Senior Full-Cycle Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the entire recruiting process from sourcing candidates to extending offers.

• Proactively seek out candidates instead of solely relying on application reviews.

• Conduct screenings and interviews with potential candidates.

• Oversee assessments and follow-up procedures.

• Develop talent pipelines for challenging-to-fill roles.

• Collaborate directly with hiring managers.

• Maintain an organized and up-to-date Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Recruit for positions in plumbing and skilled trades, field sales, inside sales, customer service, dispatch, installation, and operations.

• Identify talent through Facebook and local Facebook groups, trade and industry networks, local job boards, competitor analysis, referral networks, social media, direct outreach, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other innovative sourcing methods.

• Recruit for both local and remote teams while transitioning recruitment in-house.

• Emphasize the retention of high-quality hires over simply increasing hiring volumes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.

• Proven experience in recruiting for U.S. companies or clients.

• Strong skills in outbound sourcing.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, job boards, and ATS platforms.

• Experience in sourcing candidates through Facebook, social communities, or other unconventional channels.

• Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English.

• Quick-thinking, resourceful, and highly self-motivated.

• Experience in recruiting for plumbing, HVAC, electrical, construction, skilled trades, or sales roles is a significant advantage.

• Availability Monday to Friday, between 7 AM and 5 PM Pacific Time.

• Willingness to learn about the Orange County market from another country.

• Must complete a brief recorded video interview if selected.
