Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers to clarify position specifications.

• Offer pertinent market data and strategic recommendations.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and various departments to create and oversee recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.

• Assess candidate profiles in relation to position requirements.

• Provide robust candidate slates and cultivate talent pipelines.

• Maintain candidate engagement through timely progress updates.

• Collaborate with hiring leaders to finalize offer details.

• Utilize market data and compensation guidelines to inform offer recommendations.

• Serve as a brand ambassador for the client throughout the recruitment process.

• Offer consultative guidance and industry insights to hiring leaders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a high school diploma.

• Experience in recruiting with a proven track record of success in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.

• Familiarity with recruitment technologies like ICIMS / ATS (preferred).

• Knowledge of social media tools.

• Understanding of standard Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.

• Proficiency in the English language.

• Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm.
