Recruiter III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Identify, recruit, screen, interview, evaluate, and recommend candidates for positions in accounting, engineering, manufacturing, operations, project management, quality, and supply chain.

• Attract candidates through employee referrals, job boards, job fairs, networking events, online advertisements, and resume databases.

• Represent Nikkiso at job fairs and networking functions.

• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers.

• Assess job requirements and formulate recruiting strategies.

• Create recruitment marketing initiatives.

• Analyze compensation guidelines and external market data.

• Suggest salary range placements and negotiate compensation offers.

• Advocate for Nikkiso's employee value proposition and enhance the candidate experience.

• Provide excellent customer service and pinpoint opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Keep professional and technical knowledge current through workshops, publications, industry connections, and professional organizations.

• Counsel and inform hiring managers on interviewing practices, selection methods, and compensation strategies.

• Assist hiring managers in appraising compensation and classification decisions.

• Recruit for both hourly and salaried roles in manufacturing and engineering facilities located in California, Nevada, Texas, and other international sites.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related discipline.

• Over 7 years of experience in talent acquisition.

• PHR Certification, SHRM Certified Professional, or SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential is advantageous.

• Proven track record with 50+ hires annually.

• Excellent talent metrics, including quality of hire, candidate experience, hiring manager satisfaction, time to fill, cost per hire, and retention rates.

• Preferred experience in both external agency and in-house corporate recruiting.

• Familiarity with employment law, recruiting methodologies, and selection processes.

• Understanding of engineering and manufacturing operations along with relevant job requirements.

• Capability to manage up to 25 concurrent searches across various locations and hiring managers.

• Ability to collaborate with colleagues globally across different geographies and time zones.

• Proficiency in utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Applicant Tracking Systems.

• Experience with iCIMS Applicant Tracking System is a plus.

• Exhibit professional agility, collaboration, integrity, resilience, and reliability.

• Completion of required safety training and adherence to Nikkiso's safety protocols.

• An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered acceptable.
