📋 Description

• Implement a dynamic and innovative sourcing strategy to discover outstanding talent.

• Perform intricate online searches utilizing search engines, social media platforms, direct outreach, networks, directories, recruitment tools, and databases.

• Establish networks and cultivate strong candidate pools for various roles and locations.

• Conduct phone interviews and evaluate candidates based on client position specifications and cultural alignment with the organization.

• Foster and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring satisfaction.

• Keep administrative duties up to date, including data entry and reporting in the applicant tracking system.

• Engage in special projects as assigned.
