Talent Attraction Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Implement a dynamic and innovative sourcing strategy to discover outstanding seasonal tax professional talent.

• Perform intricate internet searches utilizing search engines, social media, direct/cold calls, networks, directories, and recruitment tools and databases.

• Develop networks and establish candidate pools for various positions and locations.

• Conduct phone interviews to evaluate candidates against client position requirements and assess their fit within the organizational culture.

• Maintain robust relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring satisfaction.

• Update data and reports in the applicant tracking system.

• Prepare and submit qualified candidates to the client’s Vendor Management System (VMS).

• Distribute candidate assessments and track completions to ensure candidates advance through the recruiting process.

• Collaborate with recruiters and program leadership to prioritize hiring needs and address gaps in the candidate pipeline.

• Engage in special projects as assigned.
