Talent Attraction Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Implement innovative and effective sourcing strategies to discover outstanding talent

• Perform intricate internet searches utilizing search engines, social media, direct/cold calls, networks, directories, recruitment tools, and databases

• Establish and nurture strong candidate pools across various positions and locations

• Conduct phone interviews and evaluate candidates based on client position requirements and cultural fit

• Foster strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring high satisfaction

• Update and manage data and reports in the applicant tracking system

• Engage in special projects as assigned

• Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment with tight deadlines

• Track record of meeting and surpassing monthly performance targets and objectives

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities

• Capacity to adapt to change and demonstrate flexibility when priorities shift

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team as well as work independently

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Familiarity with social media platforms

• Comprehensive understanding of MS Suite applications
