Talent Attraction and Employer Brand Specialist

📋 Description

• Assist in the implementation and execution of the Credit Union’s Employee Value Proposition and employer branding initiatives.

• Maintain the Credit Union’s visibility across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms.

• Collaborate with Marketing to ensure alignment of internal and external brand messaging.

• Design and oversee recruitment campaigns, digital advertisements, and job-related content.

• Monitor and manage the LinkedIn Careers Page, ensuring that recruitment content accurately reflects current hiring priorities.

• Promote internal career opportunities and share employee success stories.

• Track and analyze engagement metrics, providing recommendations to enhance candidate targeting.

• Coordinate and represent the Credit Union at job fairs, community events, and networking functions.

• Establish partnerships with universities, colleges, and workforce development organizations.

• Support recruiter outreach through online talent communities, professional groups, and social networks.

• Develop and manage employee ambassador or referral programs.

• Evaluate digital recruiting tools, social engagement technologies, AI-enabled talent marketing solutions, and automation opportunities.

• Administer Nuvision’s Telecommuting Program, overseeing applications, documentation, workflows, communications, and employee resources.

• Collaborate with managers and People Services to ensure consistent telecommuting practices.

• Monitor employee participation, geographic workforce distribution, program trends, and utilization metrics.

• Create telecommuting resources, FAQs, communication campaigns, and manager toolkits.

• Produce graphics, flyers, videos, testimonials, and career highlights for recruitment campaigns.

• Analyze social media engagement, campaign performance, and sourcing effectiveness.

• Research trends in recruitment marketing, digital branding, and candidate engagement.

• Work collaboratively with Recruiters, People Services, Marketing, Learning and Development, leadership, and external partners.

• Participate in Talent Acquisition meetings and contribute to enhancing the applicant experience.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition marketing, employer branding, or social media management within a mid-to-large organization.

• Proven experience in managing Talent programs.

• Experience in multi-state high-volume recruitment.

• Familiarity with collaborating with third-party vendors/agencies.

• Strong knowledge of recruitment marketing tools, social media platforms, and best practices for content creation.

• Understanding of Talent Attraction strategies, Employer Branding, Candidate Experience, Digital Marketing Analytics, and development of Employee Value Propositions.

• Proficient in design and content platforms such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.

• Strong understanding of talent acquisition and retention strategies, recruiting tools, and ATS systems.

• Knowledge of multi-state and federal employment/labor laws and statutes, including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, Title VII, DOL regulations, HR policies, practices, and principles.

• Familiarity with Affirmative Action, EEOC, Titles VII & IX, and DOL regulations.

• Excellent project management skills with a keen attention to detail and timelines.

• Ability to coordinate, manage, and guide multiple priorities and projects to successful completion.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Analytical mindset to assess and interpret data and metrics effectively.

• Ability to foster effective relationships across the organization and with external partners.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

• Occasional travel may be required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered.

• Preferred: Experience in a financial institution.

• Preferred: Demonstrated knowledge and utilization of multi-state and federal employment/labor laws.
