This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Configure and customize Talent Applications independently according to business requirements.
• Enhance and maintain workflows, roles, permissions, templates, and reports.
• Diagnose system issues and optimize the performance of applications.
• Collect requirements and convert HR needs into well-defined technical specifications.
• Research, test, and assist in implementing new features and enhancements.
• Facilitate integrations between Talent Applications and other business systems.
• Participate in HR and cross-functional projects that involve Talent Applications.
• Oversee specific aspects of system implementation and enhancement projects.
• Collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders to provide effective solutions.
• Offer first-line support to end-users and resolve issues related to applications.
• Conduct user training and assist stakeholders in utilizing Talent Applications effectively.
• Develop and maintain user guides and system documentation.
• Convert technical concepts into practical advice for non-technical users.
• Monitor HR data, ensuring its accuracy and integrity.
• Manage access rights and support appropriate permissions across various systems.
• Ensure adherence to internal IT security standards and relevant regulatory requirements, including GDPR.
• Proactively identify and address data or access-related issues.
• Maintain ongoing communication with vendors of Talent Applications.
• Assess vendor updates and coordinate their successful deployment.
• Keep abreast of emerging HR technology tools, features, and best practices.
• Share insights and pinpoint opportunities to streamline or enhance existing solutions.
• Practical experience in configuring and managing HR software applications such as HRIS, ATS, performance management, or learning management systems.
• Experience in customizing workflows, roles, permissions, templates, and other system configurations.
• Familiarity with HR processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Proven experience in troubleshooting HR systems and resolving configuration or user-related challenges.
• Understanding of basic API and integration concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset towards finding solutions.
• Intermediate+ English proficiency for communication with vendors and internal stakeholders, as well as for documentation preparation.
• Fluent in Ukrainian or Russian for effective communication with local stakeholders and end-users.
• Nice-to-have: experience in supporting integrations between HR systems and other business applications.
• Nice-to-have: knowledge of GDPR, ISO, and other HR or IT compliance standards.
• Nice-to-have: experience working with vendors of Talent Applications.
• Nice-to-have: experience in HR Tech or a similar systems-focused position.
• Nice-to-have: experience in delivering user training and creating technical documentation.
