Talent Advisor – Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process for laboratory-oriented positions, including Medical Technologists, Clinical Laboratory Scientists, and SBB-certified specialists.

• Actively seek out qualified candidates through direct outreach, collaborations with universities, professional associations, and talent pipelines.

• Evaluate and assess candidates for both technical skills and alignment with our mission-driven values.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to guarantee adequate staffing for 24/7 laboratory operations, encompassing emergency response roles.

• Maintain applicant records utilizing Workday ATS and People Science’s exclusive Hiregate recruitment platform.

• Contribute to hiring strategies focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as long-term workforce planning in specialized laboratory settings.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience within healthcare or clinical laboratory environments.

• Comprehensive understanding of regulatory and credentialing standards, including CLIA, ASCP, and AABB.

• Proven experience in hiring for technical laboratory positions such as MT(ASCP), MLS(ASCP), or SBB(ASCP)-certified professionals.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday, as well as various sourcing tools.

• Prior experience or education in the clinical laboratory field, such as a degree in Medical Laboratory Science, is preferred.

• Established relationships with MLS or SBB training programs and pertinent professional organizations are preferred.
