This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver customer service assistance to the Talent Acquisition team.
• Aid recruiters and hiring managers in providing an exceptional candidate experience.
• Organize and schedule interviews via phone, in-person, and video conferences.
• Manage the scheduling process to ensure interviews are arranged promptly.
• Provide candidates with timely information regarding interviews and travel arrangements.
• Assist recruiters with job postings, job fairs, and marketing initiatives.
• Facilitate new-hire onboarding processes, which include gathering data, entering details into the HRIS, completing checklists, creating employee profiles, and ordering background checks.
• Oversee and track activities related to non-direct labor staff, including approving Service Desk requests, collecting onboarding documentation, and entering new-hire information into the HRIS.
• Process invoices as required.
• Assist with Human Capital special projects and other assigned duties.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative assistant or coordinator role is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in high-volume calendar management and travel booking.
• 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office Products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required.
• High School Diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's degree or four additional years of experience may substitute for education.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook email and calendar functions, including templates and third-party scheduling tools.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel, including Mail Merge, spreadsheet formatting, and basic formulas.
• Strong ability to communicate positively, professionally, and effectively; capable of teaching and collaborating with others.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to maintain positive relationships with diverse individuals, management, employees, and vendors.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations and accurately compute simple statistics.
• Competence in prioritizing multiple tasks and utilizing advanced problem-solving and reasoning abilities.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills; able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
