Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Manage the entire recruitment process, encompassing intake, sourcing, screening, coordination of interviews, candidate presentations, offer assistance, onboarding coordination, and follow-up.

• Convert job requirements into sourcing strategies and profiles of qualified candidates tailored to U.S. client needs.

• Recruit for technical, emerging AI, accounting, and finance positions.

• Maintain a pool of readily available talent for key skill areas and anticipated sales opportunities.

• Deliver a responsive and professional experience to candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.

• Collaborate with the General Manager and Sales team on prospects, proposals, and staffing opportunities.

• Prepare summaries of talent availability, compensation benchmarks, market insights, candidate samples, and customized resumes.

• Engage in discovery or qualification calls when recruitment expertise is beneficial.

• Identify business referrals, hiring signals, and potential client opportunities.

• Complete sales-support follow-ups and manage pipeline folders, trackers, and materials.

• Utilize approved AI tools and LLMs for sourcing research, job description analysis, screening preparation, resume formatting, candidate-role matching, and reporting.

• Review AI-generated outputs for accuracy, relevance, tone, and compliance with data handling standards.

• Enhance recruitment agents, prompts, templates, trackers, and workflow automations.

• Document repeatable processes and identify opportunities for suitable automation.

• Track AI workflow outcomes and suggest enhancements.

• Maintain precise candidate and requisition records in approved systems.

• Provide concise weekly reports on requisitions, pipelines, risks, sales-support requests, deliverables, and next steps.

• Monitor recruiting metrics such as response time, time to qualified slate, interview conversion, offer acceptance, source effectiveness, and candidate quality.

• Develop benchmarks for compensation and availability for Colombia and the wider Latin American nearshore talent market.

• Be available during agreed working hours and communicate planned absences.

• Coordinate with HR, Sales, Delivery, IT, and company leadership, escalating any risks or delays as necessary.

• Safeguard confidential information and adhere to data handling and system access policies.

• Promote talent mapping, sales enablement, process improvement, and pipeline building during periods of lower requisition volume.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of five years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with substantial expertise in technical or professional roles.

• Proven track record in sourcing and assessing candidates for software, cloud, data, cybersecurity, AI, accounting, finance, or similar specialized positions.

• Excellent professional communication skills in both English and Spanish, including the ability to interview candidates and collaborate with stakeholders based in the U.S.

• Practical experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking or HR systems, Microsoft 365, and structured recruiting trackers.

• Ability to evaluate role fit beyond keyword matching and clearly communicate candidate strengths, gaps, compensation expectations, and availability.

• Strong organizational skills, follow-through, sound judgment, and comfort working autonomously in a rapidly changing remote environment.

• A practical sales-oriented mindset and a willingness to support client development while maintaining a focus on recruiting quality and candidate experience.

• Preferred: Experience in recruiting for U.S. staffing, nearshore delivery, consulting, or software services organizations.

• Preferred: Familiarity with using generative AI or LLM-based tools within recruiting workflows while ensuring appropriate human review and data controls.
