Talent Acquisition Specialist – Contract (3-6 Months)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process for specialized and professional positions.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create effective sourcing strategies.

• Identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and direct sourcing methods.

• Conduct screening interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural compatibility.

• Organize and streamline the interview process with hiring teams.

• Offer guidance and market insights to hiring managers throughout the recruitment journey.

• Ensure a positive experience for candidates at every step of the hiring process.

• Keep precise candidate records and recruitment metrics in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring status.

• Ensure adherence to internal policies, recruitment procedures, and relevant employment laws.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within a corporate or international setting.

• Strong skills in direct sourcing and headhunting.

• Experience in recruiting for professional, technical, or specialized roles.

• Capability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at various organizational levels.

• Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.

• Outstanding communication and organizational skills.

• Familiarity with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter.

• Ability to manage multiple job vacancies simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.

• Experience in recruiting across various countries or regions (preferred).

• Background in manufacturing, industrial, technology, or shared services sectors (preferred).

• Understanding of talent market trends and best practices in recruitment (preferred).
