Talent Acquisition Trainee

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Assist in the sourcing and candidate screening activities for technology clients in Europe.

• Manage applications and facilitate candidate communication in both English and Portuguese.

• Participate in developing content and strategies for employer branding.

• Acquire knowledge in utilizing AI tools for recruitment within daily operations.

• Collaborate closely with the team on various business development initiatives.

• Submit a CV along with a brief message or video expressing your interest in recruitment and technology when applying.

• Completing your bachelor's degree or currently enrolled in a master's program in Human Resource Management or related disciplines.

• Proficiency in both English and Portuguese (mandatory).

• A strong interest in recruitment and the technology industry.

• A curious mindset and preferably some hands-on experience with AI tools.

• A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and comfort in a small, collaborative team setting.

• A desire to advance in the field of tech recruitment.
