Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage the entire recruiting process from initial intake to offer acceptance for GTM, customer, and technical roles.

• Collaborate with hiring managers during intake discussions, defining profiles, calibrating candidates, and overseeing the complete process.

• Create roles and hiring strategies using Ashby.

• Identify candidates through various methods including technical, strategic, network-driven, event-driven, or AI-assisted techniques.

• Conduct initial recruiter screenings and comprehensive assessments.

• Handle offers, negotiate terms, present candidates, and secure hires.

• Report directly to the Founding Recruiter.

• Assist in scaling Kodex’s recruiting operations and developing hiring procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.

• Background in Series A/B or high-growth startup environments.

• Experience navigating ambiguous situations and establishing processes from the ground up.

• Capability to initiate requisitions independently, develop a personal candidate pipeline, and close candidates autonomously.

• Comfort with rapid pace, frequent context-switching, and varying search requirements.

• Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to unfamiliar technical or specialized fields.

• Strong skills in candidate evaluation.

• Excellent communication abilities with candidates, hiring managers, and in written formats.

• Prior experience in an agency setting before transitioning in-house (highly desirable).

• Recruiting expertise in regulated or sensitive-data sectors (highly desirable).

• Experience in recruiting for GTM or technical positions (highly desirable).

• Proficiency in Ashby (highly desirable).

• Must be authorized to work full-time in the United States.

• Must not require employment visa sponsorship or transfer.
